Returns & Replacements

• Before you return a toy trunk product, please take a moment to understand how our products are All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the others. The wood grain you see on some products is natural and a sign of the beautiful texture of the product, not a blemish.

• That said, if you change your mind about an order you placed or by chance, receive a damaged product, we are happy to help

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do also make sure you are returning the product for a genuine reason. :)

 

If the product is damaged
